在国务院《全民所有制工业交通企业设备管理条例》(以下简称《设备管理条例》)颁布九周年之际,本社召开部分曾参与起草《设备管理条例》和《“九五”全国设备管理工作纲要》(以下简称《“九五”纲要》的领导、专家、学者及在京部分企业设备工作者座谈会,就如何进一步认识《设备管理条例》所取得的成效;如何在社会主义市场经济体制下继续深入贯彻《设备管理条例》;如何认识贯彻《“九五”纲要》与贯彻《设备管理条例》的关系等问题进行了座谈.现择要刊载如下.
