一个朋友,新到民企上班,本来招聘时,和人力资源部、老板都谈好了, 做销售总监,负责全盘的销售。而上班以后,老板说了种种理由,安排他暂时 做总监助理,每天负责搜集报表、通知会议等杂事,总监由老板暂时代理。于 是他就配合着老板,拿着总监的工资,做助理的工作,连续做了三个月。直到 三个月以后,和老板长谈了对公司的目标和计划的看法,才坐到总监的位置上, 不禁长嘘了一口气。
