肝右动脉的变异已有报道,为了积累资料,将我们在尸解中发现的一例报道如下: 肝右动脉起于肠系膜上动脉右前壁,距肠系膜上动脉起点2.9cm,起点外径3.6mm。起点至进入肝十二指肠韧带处的长度为3.7cm。肝右动脉自肠系膜上动脉发出后,斜向右上方,经胰头后方,进入肝十二指肠韧带,斜行于门静脉、胆总管的后方,最后绕至门静脉、胆总管、胆囊管的右侧。主干由肝门右侧进入肝脏,入肝外径4.1mm,肝右动脉全长8.8cm,
Variants of the right hepatic artery have been reported.
