我们常在教学中欣赏那些数学水平高的优秀学生,课堂上常听到他们精彩的发言。这些学生明显的特点是:智商高,记忆力、思维能力强,有强烈的好胜心和表现欲。心理学研究表明,创造力与智力的发展并不同步,超过一般水平的智力是实现创造性潜力所必需的,但超过学生这个临界水平智力同创造性的相关就几乎为零。这些优秀的学生是如何培养的?又如何让优秀的学生更加优秀呢?
We often appreciate in teaching excellent students who have a high level of mathematics and often hear their wonderful speeches in class. The obvious characteristics of these students are: high IQ, memory, thinking ability, a strong sense of ambition and performance desire. Psychological studies show that creativity and intellectual development are not synchronized, and above average general intelligence is necessary to achieve creative potential. But beyond this critical level of intelligence, creativity and intelligence are almost nonexistent. How are these excellent students trained? And how to make excellent students more outstanding?
