以吡柔比星（ＴＨＰ） 替代阿霉素（ＡＤＭ）的联合化疗方案治疗晚期或复发性恶性肿瘤６５ 例，主要有胃癌、乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌等，疗效满意，毒副反应较轻，脱发副作用发生率仅为１２３％ （８／６５） 且多为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度

The combination chemotherapy of pirarubicin (THP) instead of adriamycin (ADM) was used to treat 65 patients with advanced or recurrent malignant tumors, including gastric cancer, breast cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. The efficacy was satisfactory and the toxicity was mild. The incidence of hair loss side effects is only 12.3% (8/65) and mostly I and II degrees.
