高职院校主要是对专业型人才进行培养,其教学的特色就是注重理论与实践的有效结合,培养适应现代生产、管理、服务一线所需要的技术型人才,而校企合作则是实现这一要求的主要方式。本文主要对高职院校实现校企合作的重要性进行分析,并明确现阶段校企合作中存在的问题,以此为依据来构建高职院校实训基地的建设。
