在经济全球化的今天,各个国家通过不同的移民政策和人才吸引措施“抢夺”全球人才市场中的高端人才。本文梳理了一些国家在国际人才引进中做法,具体包括人才认定、相关的移民措施以及负责这项事业的机构和流程的介绍,试图为我国的国际人才引进工作提供借鉴。
In today's economic globalization, all countries “plunder” the high-end talent in the global talent market through different immigration policies and talent attraction measures. This paper reviews the practices of some countries in introducing international talents, including the identification of personnel, the relevant immigration measures and the introduction of institutions and processes in charge of this undertaking, so as to provide reference for the introduction of international talents in our country.
