小学语文阅读教学长期受追求升学率和按考分择优制度的影响,加上社会上旧传统观念对人们的禁锢,一直难以摆脱各种片面导向因素的制约,教学方法随意性大,用频繁的、琐碎的课堂提问挤占学生读书、思考的时间(结果是老师辛辛苦苦,学生收获不大);教学设计百课一面,课堂结构千篇一律(不分主次,从头至尾串讲)。孩子们整天无新颖刺激,学起来乏味,心理疲倦,束缚了个性的发展。 我们培养的这一代人,是21世纪的主力军,是需要有创造精神,奋斗精神,富于个性,体格健魄。因此,阅读教学的改革应与21世纪的培养目标挂起钩
