本文根据半导体激光器的发光特性,分析计算了椭圆高斯光束在光学系统中的衍射传播以及光源参数和系统参数对光能耦合、聚焦光斑直径的影响;确定了当入射光场为椭圆高斯分布时,获得圆对称聚焦光斑的条件。利用菲涅尔衍射积分,得出准直系统轴上点光强最大时,数值孔径与光源特性参数关系的解析表达式,并给出了设计和实验结果。
In this paper, according to the luminescence characteristics of semiconductor laser, the diffraction propagation of elliptical Gaussian beam in optical system and the influence of light source parameters and system parameters on the optical coupling and focal spot diameter are analyzed and calculated.
