所研制的Z-80单板微处理机控制的晶体管弧焊电源,由于将计算机引入“QH-ARC 焊接电弧控制法”,所以只要改变软件程序,就能获得不同的特性.本文列出了系统的硬件结构简图,分别介绍了自行扩展的接口电路元件的某些性能及其逻辑电路,如A/D、D/A 转换器、PIO、电子开关等。论述了系统各环节放大倍数的设计方法,讨论了测量环节A/D 元件的“转换当量”对系统精度的影响.利用了采样周期T=100μs 的非线性离散控制.介绍了带门限值的P、PI 离散调节方案,以及恒流、恒压、双阶梯形静态外特性的实验结果.结果表明,在恒值调节系统中,可获得误差为±1 bit 的静态精度及满意的动态品质.它使弧焊电源的控制更加精确、灵活,是实现焊接过程高水平自动化的重要途径。
The developed Z-80 monolithic microprocessor-controlled transistor arc welding power supply, due to the introduction of a computer into the “QH-ARC welding arc control method”, can be varied as long as the software program is changed.This article lists the system Hardware structure of the diagram, introduced some of the self-expanding interface circuit components and their logic circuits, such as A / D, D / A converter, PIO, electronic switches.
