为摸清我省散居归侨侨眷数量、分布,了解散居归侨侨眷生产生活情况,促进侨务扶贫工作和侨界和谐稳定,推动我省侨务工作的发展,根据省人大常委会2012年工作要点的安排,在省人大常委会陈海波副主任的主持下,4月17日至20日,由华侨外事工委和省外事侨务办公室、省侨联、省农垦总局侨联有关同志组成的调研组,对我省散居归侨侨眷生产生活情况开展调研。本刊摘要刊登调研报告。
In order to find out the number and distribution of the returned overseas Chinese and relatives in our province, to understand the production and living conditions of the returned overseas Chinese and their relatives, to promote the anti-poverty work of overseas Chinese and the harmony and stability of the overseas Chinese community and to promote the development of overseas Chinese affairs in our province, Under the chairmanship of Chen Haibo, deputy director of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, from April 17 to April 20, a research group composed of comrades from the Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee and the Provincial Office of Foreign Affairs and Overseas Affairs, the Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and the Provincial Land Reclamation Bureau, Overseas Chinese family members to carry out research and production of living conditions. This magazine summarizes the research report.
