中铝公司非常重视领导人员职务消费问题,特别是近年来,通过对有关文件要求系统梳理,制定了《中国铝业公司职务消费管理暂行办法》、《中国铝业公司领导人员和总部人员职务消费管理暂行办法》,同时完善了《中国铝业公司公务用车管理暂行办法》等相应的细化配套制度。为进一步规范指导所属企业职务消费行为,公司加强制度分层设计,制定了《中国铝业公司板块本部和企业负责人职务消费管理暂行办法》。在加强制度建设的同时,中铝公司要求各板块公司和实体企业严格执行上级部委和中铝公司职务消费有关规定,健全内部管理制度,狠抓职务消费管理制度落实。
