射频消融(PFCA)治疗房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)已成为该病的有效治疗方法。然而此病中以慢-快型多见,快-慢型却很少见,因此有人称之为少见型。我科自开展射频消融治疗心动过速以来共治愈482例AVNRTF患者,其中有8例为快-慢型,现将其特点和治疗结果报告如下。资料和方法病例选择:8例中女5例,男3例,年龄27～62岁,阵发性室上速病史5～18年。入院后常规体险、X线胸片和超声心动图检查均无器质性心脏病。心电
Radiofrequency ablation (PFCA) treatment of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) has become an effective treatment of the disease. However, the disease is slow - more common fast, fast - slow is rare, so it was called a rare type. 488 cases of AVNRTF were cured in our department since the implementation of radiofrequency ablation for tachycardia.
