偏高岭土是由高岭土煅烧并磨细制得,材料来源广泛、价格低廉。最佳煅烧温度为750℃,恒温时间为4h。将偏高岭土替代水泥质量的5%、10%及15%,配制出高强高性能混凝土。研究了偏高岭土对高性能混凝土力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,偏高岭土的掺入提高了混凝土立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度,其中抗压强度的提高最为显著,同时对混凝土韧性也有一定程度的提高。偏高岭土的最佳掺量为10%,相应提高立方体抗压强度8.3%。
Metakaolin is kaolin calcined and ground system, a wide range of sources of raw materials, low prices. The best calcination temperature is 750 ℃, constant temperature time is 4h. Metakaolin to replace the quality of cement 5%, 10% and 15%, the preparation of high strength and high performance concrete. The effect of metakaolin on the mechanical properties of high performance concrete was studied. The experimental results show that the incorporation of metakaolin increases the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete cubes, of which the compressive strength is the most significant increase, while the concrete toughness is also improved to some extent. The best content of metakaolin is 10%, corresponding to increase the cubical compressive strength of 8.3%.
