什么是民族教育?民族教育的实质是什么?目 在理论学术界可以说还没有较贴切的定义;在各级政府机构中也没有统一的认识。为此,我们应当以社会主义初级阶段的理论为依据,探讨民族教育的实质,建立民族教育的理论体系,并使理论与实践相结合,发展真正的民族教育。笔者认为,作为民族教育,必定要反映出民族特色,源于普通教育而区别于普通教育。我们应该遵循《民族区域自治法》第37条和《义务教育法》第6条的有关规定,采取特殊措施,大力发展民族教育。招收少数民族为主的学校,少数民族有自己语言文字的,用
What is national education? What is the essence of national education? The theory of academic circles can be said that there is no more appropriate definition; at all levels of government agencies also do not have a unified understanding.
