On November 24, 1988, the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the NLD and the editorial board of “Quansan” magazine jointly held a symposium on “accelerating education in ethnic minority areas” in Kunming, chaired by Comrade Yang Ming, chairman of Yunnan Provincial Party Committee of the NLD.
