以曹村煤矿为工程背景,采用数值模拟和现场实测的方法对巷道围岩支承压力分布规律和支护体受力特点进行了分析。研究结果表明:由于断层的存在破坏了岩层的完整性,导致断层上、下盘受力不一致,大倾角使得支架垂直应力值降低。大倾角煤层邻近断层开采使得工作面支架阻力最大值达到60 MPa,超前支柱工作阻力最大值为25 MPa。
Taking Caocun Coal Mine as the engineering background, the supporting pressure distribution law and the supporting force characteristics of surrounding rock are analyzed by numerical simulation and field measurement. The results show that the integrity of the rock formation is destroyed due to the presence of faults, which leads to inconsistent stress on the upper and lower plates of the fault. The large vertical tilt of the brace reduces the vertical stress. The mining of coal seam near the coal seam with high inclination makes the maximum resistance of the support of the working face reach 60 MPa and the maximum working resistance of the leading pillar is 25 MPa.
