在中国和其他亚洲国家,原发性肝癌(primary liver carcinoma,PLC)是一种很常见的肿瘤,然而大多数PLC患者在确诊时已失去了手术治疗机会。自上世纪中期以来,放射治疗作为一种姑息性的治疗手段在PLC的治疗中逐渐得到广泛应用,特别是近20年,随着三维适形放射治疗(three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,3DCRT)的应用,PLC治疗的疗效显著提高,2年生存率可达33%～41%,已逐渐成为不能手术的中晚期PLC首选治疗方式。
In China and other Asian countries, primary liver carcinoma (PLC) is a common tumor, but most PLC patients have lost the chance of surgery at the time of diagnosis. Since the middle of the last century, radiation therapy has been widely used as a palliative treatment in the treatment of PLC. Especially in the past 20 years, with the application of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) , PLC treatment of significantly improved efficacy, 2-year survival rate of up to 33% to 41%, has gradually become inoperable PLC preferred treatment.
