教学改革,必须贯彻‘四个适当”,全面地妥善地安排教学、劳动、生活,才能使受教育者在德育、智育、体育几方面都得到发展,成为有社会主义觉悟的有文化的劳动者,才能使学校工作得到全面的跃进。这学期以来,我校教师都以满腔的革命热情投入了教学改革的试点工作,很快地掀起了教学改革的热潮.但开学之初,部分教师对教学改革的目的意义领会不深,对“四个适当”理解不全面,因而只重视“适当提高程度”,而忽略了“适当控制学时”和“适当增加劳动”;有的教师因教学方法没跟上,教学任务完成得不好,便利用学生自习和活动时间补课,增加学生作业,一度形成了加班加点的现象。这种情况显然与“四个适当”的要求不相符合,因此,我们在进一步学习教改文件,提高认识的基础上,及时而切实地注意了劳逸结合的贯彻,采取了全面关心师生健康、全面提高教育质量的措施,促使学校工作全面跃进。

However, at the beginning of the school year, some teachers were The meaning of the purpose of the reform is not deeply understood, and the understanding of the “four properities” is not comprehensive. Therefore, only the “appropriate improvement degree” is emphasized, and “appropriate control of the time” and “appropriate increase in labor” are neglected; some teachers do not follow the teaching methods. In the past, teaching tasks were not completed well, and it was convenient to use student self-study and activities to make up time, increase student work, and once formed a phenomenon of overtime. This situation is obviously not in line with the “four appropriate” requirements, so we are On the basis of further studying the education reform documents and raising awareness, we have paid attention to the implementation of the combination of work and leisure in a timely and effective manner and have taken care of the health of teachers and students in an all-round way. The quality of education measures has led to a full leap forward in school work.
