经过近几十年特别是改革开放以来的发展,中国纺织工业取得了举世瞩目的成就,为国民经济的发展做出了巨大贡献。而当前国际上一些国家和组织针对中国纺织服装国际贸易的指责、特保和设限愈演愈烈,在此形势下,增加纺织行业外交领域人力、物力和财力的投入,变被动应对为主动出击是缓解纺织服装贸易摩擦一项重要工作。
