经国务院批准,国家发展改革委副主任、国家能源局局长张国宝同志于6月7—8日率团参加了于日本青森县召开的第二届中印日韩美五国能源部长会及八国集团+中印韩(简称G8+3)能源部长会。来自11个国家的能源部长以及欧盟、国际能源署的代表围绕全球能源安全挑战、应急准备、投资环境、能效和能源多元化、更清洁能源、创新能源技术等议题进行了交流与讨论。会议还发表了《五国能源部长声明》《G8+3能源部长声明》和《国际能效合作伙伴关系(IPEEC)声明》。以下是张国宝同志在五国能源部长会上的主旨发言。
With the approval of the State Council, Comrade Zhang Guobao, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission and director of the National Energy Administration, led a delegation to attend the second energy ministerial meeting of the five countries such as Japan, Japan, Korea and the United States and the eight nations Group + China, India and South Korea (referred to as G8 +3) Energy Ministers. Energy ministers from 11 countries as well as representatives from the EU and the International Energy Agency conducted exchanges and discussions on such topics as global energy security challenges, emergency preparedness, investment climate, energy efficiency and energy diversification, cleaner energy and innovative energy technologies. The meeting also issued the “Five-nation Energy Ministers Statement” “G8 +3 Energy Ministers Statement” and “International Energy Efficiency Partnership (IPEEC) Statement.” The following is a keynote speech by Comrade Zhang Guobao at the Energy Ministers’ Meeting of the five nations.
