In this paper, we derive the coupled equations of the special boundary element and the dynamic finite element, and reduce the degree of freedom of the coupled equation to the coupled boundary of the finite element domain and its boundary element domain. The coupling equation thus obtained does not increase the bandwidth of the original finite element equation and is easy for computer programming.
