竞争情报业:先声夺人据资料统计,企业经理80%的时间用于信息的通讯和处理,一些发达国家从事信息处理工作的人数已占职工总数的一半以上。美国商务部称:企业情报工作已使美国生产率提高20%—40%,并提供了十几万至几十万个新的就业机会。企业竞争情报业是为适应社会信息化高度发展和企业参与市场竞争的需要,于80年代在国际上兴起的一项重要信息业务。近两年来,信息情报界的有识之士在引入国外先进经验,进行实践尝试等方面做了大量的工作,特别是竞争情报专业组织的建立,标志着我国在这一领域正式奠基。

In the past two years, people of insight in the information and intelligence community have done a great deal of work in introducing advanced foreign experiences and trying out practices. In particular, the establishment of a professional intelligence and intelligence organization has marked the official foundation laid by China in this field.
