肾功能不全病人血液透析前后听力改变

慢性肾衰引起内耳功能紊乱已见报道,但肾衰后行血液透析疗法对听力的影响尚说法不一,未足以定论。本文对11例肾衰—尿毒症病人进行血液透析后测试听觉诱发电位,结合听觉电生理和实验室检查,探讨肾血透析对内耳的影响。

Chronic renal failure caused by dysfunction of the inner ear has been reported, but the effect of hemodialysis after hemodialysis on renal hearing is not the same, not enough to be conclusive. In this paper, 11 cases of renal failure - uremic patients hemodialysis auditory evoked potentials, combined with auditory electrophysiological and laboratory tests to explore the impact of renal hemodialysis on the inner ear.
