1988年如皋县农村发生酵米面集体食物中毒23例(发病率为51.5%),6例当即死亡,17例入院。主要表现为消化系统和神经系统症状,治疗1～3周后,全部治愈。从剩余酵米面中分离到1株椰毒假单胞菌酵米面亚种。
In 1988, Rugao County in rural areas occurred 23 cases of fermented rice noodles (incidence rate of 51.5%), 6 died immediately, 17 cases were admitted. Mainly for the digestive and nervous system symptoms, 1 to 3 weeks after treatment, all cured. One strain of Coconut Pseudomonas yeast was isolated from the remaining rice noodles.
