研究青椒数量性状的变异,相关和遗传力及其在育种上的综合应用,对于提高新品种的选育效率具有重要意义。本文就青椒杂种后代几个主要数量性状的变异、相关和遗传力的研究结果,讨论在育种实践中的应用。 杂交育种是创造蔬菜新品种的最有效方法之一。而杂交后代的选择是杂交育种能否取得成效的关键。我们在青椒杂交育种工作中为了提高选择效果,加速育种进程,1974年开始配制若干青椒杂交组合,1979年和1980年获得杂种二代和三代材料,1981年对杂种后代一些主要性状的变异、相关和遗传力进行了研究,以供青椒育种的参考。
Studying the variation of quantitative traits of green peppers, their related and heritability and their integrated application in breeding have important significance for improving the breeding efficiency of new varieties. In this paper, the results of the research on variation, correlation and heritability of several major quantitative characters of hybrid pepper offspring were discussed in the application of breeding practice. Hybrid breeding is one of the most effective ways to create new varieties of vegetables. The choice of hybrids is the key to the success of hybrid breeding. In order to improve the selection effect and speed up the breeding process, we started to prepare some green pepper hybrid combinations in 1974, the second and third generation hybrids in 1979 and 1980, and the variation of some major traits in hybrid offspring in 1981. And heritability was studied for the reference of green pepper breeding.
