钨选矿过程有一部分中间产品,用目前的选矿工艺和装备再行分选,不易得到质量好、回收率较高的钨精矿,特别是粒度细、杂质多、单体分离差的中间产品,更难分离。我厂于1965年,采取因陋就简的办法,将原细泥工段改建成为水冶车间,用苏打烧结法处理选矿中间产品,生产合成白钨。投产以来,产品合格,三氧化钨的回收率达到80%以上。
