Transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) was used to observe cerebral hemodynamic changes in 50 patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA), with a total abnormality rate of 84% (42/50). The main manifestations of abnormally high blood flow, with frequency spectrum disorders and high-profile music murmur (28.5%, 12/42), reduced blood flow velocity (28.5%, 12/42) and simple spectrum abnormalities (43%, 18 / 42). The results showed that there are varying degrees of vascular disease and obvious cerebral hemodynamic abnormalities in the skull base artery of this disease. TCD was superior to CT in early detection of cerebrovascular disease, judgment of cerebral ischemia and cerebral hemodynamics monitoring before and after treatment.
