排球垫球技术是排球运动的基础技术,掌握了正确的垫球技术有利于后面技术的学习和提高。通过多年的教学,对最基础的正面双手垫球教学过程中得到的一些教学心得体验总结出来和大家分享。目的是提高该动作的教学水平,使学生在较短的时间内就体会到打排球的乐趣。
