本文针对5种代表性多车道高速公路车道管理方案,综合考虑通行能力和交通安全,建立了车道管理方案的评价指标体系,通过计算机仿真,以某多车道高速公路为例,对车道管理方案进行了评价,以评价结果为基础,建立了基于模糊综合评价的车道管理方案决策方法,确定了最优的车道管理方案,研究表明利用本文建立的评价和决策方法,可以针对多车道高速公路具体的运行特性、道路特点和交通需求,获得兼顾通行效率和交通安全要求的车道管理方案。
In this paper, aiming at five representative multi-lane expressway lane management schemes, considering the traffic capacity and traffic safety, the evaluation index system of lane management scheme is established. By computer simulation, taking a multi-lane expressway as an example, Based on the evaluation results, a decision-making method of lane management scheme based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established and the optimal lane management scheme is determined. The research shows that the evaluation and decision-making method established in this paper can be applied to the specific Operating characteristics, road characteristics and traffic demand, gaining lane management solutions that take into account traffic efficiency and traffic safety requirements.
