推进湛江市乃至环北部湾地区与21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线国家经贸往来。1为融入“一带一路”建设,湛江海关选准创新着力点,引导建立了“三关四港”合作机制,这为三地港口经济带来了哪些利好?湛江关区位处环北部湾地区,背靠大西南、面向东南亚,是我国面向东盟及“21世纪海上丝绸之路”重要门户,具有“一带”和“一路”海陆交汇点的区位优势。湛江海关联合南宁海关、海口海关,湛江港、北部湾港、海口港及洋浦港等建立了更紧密、更广泛的“三关四港”合作机制,顺应物流规律,顺势监管,开创区域通关合作新模式,推进环北部湾港口群合作发展,为环北部湾沿海经济带发展并参与21世纪海上丝绸之路建设增强动力。

It has the geographical advantage of the junction of land and sea in the “one belt” and “one way”. Zhanjiang Customs, in combination with Nanning Customs, Haikou Customs, Zhanjiang Port, Beibu Gulf Port, Haikou Port and Yangpu Port, has established a closer and broader cooperation mechanism of “three ports and four ports” and follows the law of logistics and supervises and opens up Regional cooperation on customs clearance and promote the cooperation and development of ports and clusters in the Beibu Gulf and to enhance the development of the coastal economic belt around the Beibu Gulf and participate in the construction of the maritime Silk Road in the 21st century.
