研究了预氧化对第三代汽车钢表面氧化状态及镀层界面的影响。用Wagner理论和Grabke H.J.发展的内外氧化模型分析了预氧化对第三代汽车钢氧化行为的影响。结果表明,预氧化可明显改善第三代汽车钢的表面氧化状态以及界面相的生长状况。经预氧化后的钢板表面氧化物颗粒比未经预氧化退火的钢板表面氧化物颗粒少很多。不同退火条件退火后钢基体表面氧化物经XPS分析都为MnO、MnO2和Cr2O3,表明预氧化对第三代汽车钢表面氧化物种类无影响。未经预氧化的热浸镀锌板镀层界面抑制层颗粒生长不充分,未形成连续的抑制层,而经预氧化的热浸镀锌板界面抑制层颗粒相互之间衔接紧密,几乎都组成了连续且致密的抑制层。
The effect of pre-oxidation on the surface oxidation state and coating interface of the third generation automotive steel was studied. The effects of pre-oxidation on the oxidation behavior of the third generation automotive steels were analyzed using the Wagner theory and the internal and external oxidation models developed by Grabke H.J. The results show that pre-oxidation can significantly improve the surface oxidation state of the third generation automotive steel and the growth of interface phase. Pre-oxidized steel surface oxide particles than the pre-oxidation annealing of the surface oxide particles is much less. After annealing for different annealing conditions, the surface oxides of the steel substrate were all MnO, MnO2 and Cr2O3 by XPS analysis, indicating that the preoxidation had no effect on the oxide type on the surface of the third generation automotive steel.
