实际使用表明:模具失效主要形式是磨损及断裂。究其原因大多与材料及热处理有关,尤其是因处理不当而招致模具失效的比例更大。近一两年,我们对几种模具钢的热处理与组织及性能的关系,特别是模具钢的碳化物与基体组织对断裂韧性的影响进行了研究,在试验室研究的基础上制定了一种新的强韧化处理工艺——双重热处理法,并初步进行了现场实际寿命考核,取得了较好的使用效果。本文将对这一新工艺作一介绍,供参考。
Practical use shows that the main form of mold failure is wear and tear. The reason is mostly related to materials and heat treatment, especially due to improper handling of mold caused a greater proportion of failure. In the recent one or two years, we have studied the relationship between heat treatment and microstructure and properties of several die steels, especially the influence of carbides and matrix microstructure on the fracture toughness of die steels. Based on the laboratory research, The new toughening treatment process - double heat treatment method, and initially carried out the actual field life assessment, and achieved good results. This article will introduce this new technology for reference.
