栗属壳斗科树种,适应性广,耐瘠薄,一般在弱酸性贫瘠土壤上均能正常生长。据考查,我县一些山区社队约有整片及另星野生茅栗与可供嫁接板栗的橡树约10万余株,这是一个很大的野生果树资源。为了充分利用这些资源,给山区社队发展多种经营广开门路,我们于1979、1980两年春季,在本县仁宗公社壕里大队沟口生产队野生茅栗林内,进行了嫁接板栗试验,现将试验情况简报如下。一、试验材料和方法1.砧木的选择:试验用砧木,选择皮色青灰、外皮光滑、来结果或初结果的幼龄野生茅栗树。嫁接部位在茎粗4—6厘米以下树干无伤疤处。接前将砧木从距地面
