民族地区经济发展的必然选择是教育。没有教育或教育发展走入误区都直接影响经济的发展。民族地区教育观念陈旧，教育结构不合理，师资力量薄弱，教育经费投入困难，教学内容不实际都与当前民族地区经济发展不相适应。解决的途径必须端正思想，提高认识，增加教育经费投入，构建民族教育新体系，建立民族特色的教材体系和教学内容并形成一支稳定合格的师资队伍。
The inevitable choice of economic development in minority areas is education. Without education or education development into the errors have a direct impact on economic development. The obsolete educational concept in ethnic regions, the irrational educational structure, the weak faculty, the difficulty of investment in education, and the unrealistic teaching content are all incompatible with the economic development in the present minority areas. The ways to solve this problem must be correct thinking, raising awareness, increasing investment in education, building a new national education system, establishing teaching materials system and teaching content of national characteristics and forming a steady and qualified faculty.
