一、问题的提出:训练的衔接这里主要指专业与业余训练的衔接。这是各级体育组织和运动队十分关注的问题。它关系着竞技体育的兴衰。就全国而言,这个问题尚未得到很好的解决,是造成断层和“青黄不接”的主要原因。由于经济的制约,我省在这方面存在的问题更大,为了生存和发展,笔者通过多年努力寻找联合、衔接之路,以推动运动技术水平的发展。为此加以总结,以供参考。
