正值我国改革开放30周年之际,党的十七届三中全会认真研究新形势下推进农村改革发展的若干重大问题,系统回顾总结农村改革发展的光辉历程和宝贵经验,进一步统一全党全社会的认识,作出了加快推进社会主义新农村建设、大力推动城乡统筹发展的战略部署,这对于贯彻党的十七大精神,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,夺取全面建设小康社会
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of China’s reform and opening up, the Third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee conscientiously studies some major issues in advancing the rural reform and development under the new situation.
