1996年秋,笔者在长江簰洲西流湾的防浪林柳树桩上采到一只特大野生平菇,经组织分离获得纯种,驯化栽培性状稳定,编号簰洲湾一号.经20多个省大面积栽培表明,既具有低温季节大量出菇的特点,又兼有高温形成子实体不死的高温出菇性能,抗杂力强,耐水、耐CO_2.韧性好,产量菇质均明显高于当地传统品种,现将其特性简述如下
