在圆锥破碎机的检修过程中,动锥的球面轴承(也叫球面瓦)的检修质量直接影响动锥的稳定性和动锥的自转的问题。(一)动锥的稳定性什么叫动锥的稳定性?所谓圆锥破碎机动锥的稳定性,就是指动锥在球面轴承上是否翻倒的问题。如果翻倒了,就是不稳定;不翻倒,就是稳定。动锥不稳定有什么害处呢?如果动锥翻倒了,主轴必将卡在锥衬套里面,造成机械事故。正常运转时,必须保证动锥不致翻倒,即保证动锥稳定运转。
