目的:通过抽样调查的方法分析福建省2016年各个层级医疗机构中药饮片管理现状。方法:结合相关政策文件要求,制定专项管理现状调查表;随机抽取并收集各层级一定比例医疗机构的中药饮片组织机构、部门设置及人员配备、中药煎药规范服务、质量、调剂、处方点评等六方面管理现状资料;运用统计软件分析福建省不同层级机构管理现状及差异性,评价三者的差异性。结果:福建省三个层级机构中两两层级统计学结果均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:由于不同层级之间的机构管理水平参差不齐,导致中药饮片管理规范性存在差异性问题,因此需要充分考虑不同层级管理水平的差异性结果,为中药饮片科学管理及制定更加合理管理措施提供参考依据,从而真正提高福建省中药饮片管理水平。
Objective: To analyze the status quo of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces management in all levels of medical institutions in Fujian Province by means of sampling survey. Methods: In accordance with the requirements of the relevant policy documents, a questionnaire on the status of special management was formulated. Organizational structures, departmental settings and staffing levels of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces at different levels of medical institutions at different levels were randomly selected and collected, and standardized service, quality, prescription and prescription comments Six aspects of the management of the status quo information; the use of statistical software to analyze the status quo and the different levels of institutional management in Fujian Province, evaluation of the differences between the three. Results: There were significant differences (P <0.05) in the statistics of two levels in three levels in Fujian Province. Conclusion: Due to the uneven management level among different levels, there are differences in the normative nature of TCM Pieces.
