患者,女,34岁。因咽痛、干咳、低热5d入院。体检无明显异常发现,胸片示:右中下肺见一约18cm×11cm大小,边缘清楚锐利,密度均匀的椭圆形肿块,右隔受压下移,心影稍左移(图1)。侧位片见肿块位于前上方。CT示:右中下肺内见一18cm×15cm ×10cm大小,边缘光滑整齐,密度均匀的巨大椭圆形肿块,CT值30～37HU,未见钙化点,其内缘与纵隔相连,纵隔无明显移位(图2)。CT诊断:右下肺良性肿块,考虑肺囊肿或肺隔离
Patient, female, 34 years old. Due to sore throat, dry cough, low fever 5d hospitalized. Physical examination showed no obvious abnormalities. The chest radiograph showed that the size of the right middle and lower lungs was about 18cm×11cm. The edges were clear and sharp, and the density of the ellipse was uniform. The right septum was pressed down and the heart shadow moved slightly to the left (Figure 1). In the lateral view, the lumps are located in the front upper part. CT showed: In the right middle and lower lung, an 18cm × 15cm × 10cm in size, the edge smooth and tidy, uniform density of large oval mass, CT value of 30 ~ 37HU, no calcification, the inner edge of the mediastinum and the mediastinum, no obvious mediastinal Shift (Figure 2).
