Objective : To understand the effect of pulsed semiconductor laser irradiation on IL 2 in serum of mice S1 80 sarcoma and its inhibitory effect on tumors. Methods : Experiments using a pulsed semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 650 nm. Forty tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into four groups, among which three groups were laser irradiation group and one group was control group, with 10 rats in each group. Each group of mice used 10, 50, and 250 Hz every day.
