目的研究闹羊花Rhododendron molle中的黄酮类成分。方法利用各种柱色谱分离得到化合物,利用理化性质、波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果从闹羊花中分离得到9个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅰ)、槲皮苷(quercitrin,Ⅱ)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinoside,Ⅲ)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactoside,Ⅳ)、quercetin 3-rhamnoside2″-gallate(Ⅴ)、山柰酚(kaempferol,Ⅵ)、山柰酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside,Ⅶ)、山核桃素(caryatin,Ⅷ)和异鼠李素(isorhamnetin,Ⅸ)。结论此9个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅴ、Ⅶ和Ⅸ为首次从闹羊花属中分离得到。
Objective To study the flavonoids in Rhododendron molle. Methods The compounds were isolated by various column chromatographies and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopy. Results Nine flavonoids were isolated from Amur flower and identified as quercetin (Ⅰ), quercitrin (Ⅱ), quercetin -3-O-α-L-arabinoside quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinoside, Ⅲ), quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactoside (Ⅳ), quercetin 3-rhamnoside2 "-gallate (Ⅴ), kaempferol (Ⅵ), kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (caryatin, Ⅷ) and isorhamnetin (Ⅸ) .Conclusion The nine compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, compounds Ⅴ, Ⅶ and Ⅸ were isolated from the genus Scutellaria for the first time.
