1983年8月中国植保学会、植病学会组织了以广东省农科院院长、研究员伍尚忠同志为团长的专家、教授考察宣讲团一行16人。分组考察了湖南、江西、湖北、浙江、江苏、上海6省市的15个水稻病虫综合防治示范区和杂交稻产区,历时16天。考察评价了长江中、下游地区水稻病虫害综合防治工作,总结取代有机氯农药的经验,杂交稻病害防治以及普及综合防治技术;举行各种类型宣讲会、讨论会43次,参加听讲和讨论的共3712人次;最后集中镇江市从学术上进行总结。
August 1983 The Chinese Society of Plant Protection and Plant Diseases organized experts headed by Comrade Wu Shangzhong, dean of the Guangdong Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and professors to inspect the delegation of 16 people. The 15 rice pest integrated prevention and control demonstration zones and hybrid rice producing areas in Hunan, Jiangxi, Hubei, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shanghai provinces and cities were investigated in groups for 16 days. Investigated and evaluated the integrated pest and disease control work in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, summed up the experience of replacing the organochlorine pesticides, the prevention and control of hybrid rice diseases and the comprehensive prevention and control technology; conducted various types of lectures and symposia 43 times; participated in the lectures and discussions 3712 person-time; the final concentration of Zhenjiang City from the academic summary.
