各区、县地方税务局、各分局,市局各处室:根据中共北京市委办公厅、北京市人民政府办公厅《关于适应我国加入世界贸易组织进程清理本市地方性法规、政府规章和其他政策措施的意见》(京办发[2001]24号)文件的规定,市局对已发布执行的关于税务检查工作的政策文件进行了清理,将与国家法律、法规、规章相抵触,或没有相关的上位法依据的四个文件作出废止和停止执行处理。现将有关事项通知如下:一、北京市地方税务局印发《北京市地方税务局税收征收管理行政处罚若干问题
