利用原子吸收光谱法对青海久冶和四川松潘两地野生暗紫贝母中的K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cr、Ni、Pb、cd 10种元素进行含量测定,10种元素的相对标准偏差为0.99%—2.45%,回收率在96.0%—103.3%之间。测定结果表明,四川松潘暗紫贝母中矿质元素K、Na、Ca、Mg含量高于青海久治,并且主要矿质元素含量由高到低依次为K>Mg>Na>Ca>Fe。此结果为道地性暗紫贝母质量标准的建立提供科学依据。
The contents of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cr, Ni, Pb and Cd in the wild Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim from Longye, Qinghai and Songpan were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The contents of 10 elements The relative standard deviations were 0.99% -2.45%. The recoveries ranged from 96.0% to 103.3%. The results showed that the content of mineral elements K, Na, Ca and Mg in Fritillaria thunbergii in Songpan of Sichuan was higher than that of Jiuzhi in Qinghai, and the contents of main mineral elements were K> Mg> Na> Ca> Fe from high to low. This result provides a scientific basis for establishing the quality standard of Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim.
