本文用非线性振荡理论分析隧道二极管线路的触发振荡现象,求出了振荡的条件、振荡幅度及振荡频率,并说明了基本的隧道二极管线路在一般运用时出现的与触发振荡有关的一系列异常现象。除了用近似解析法进行分析以外,还用图解法及用电子计算机对具体的触发振荡线路进行了分析,所得结果与实验结果良好地符合。最后,对隧道二极管触发振荡线路在电子计算机中应用的可能性进行了讨论。
In this paper, the triggering oscillation of tunnel diode is analyzed by nonlinear oscillation theory, and the condition of oscillation, oscillation amplitude and oscillation frequency are obtained, and a series of abnormalities related to triggering oscillation of the basic tunnel diode are described phenomenon. In addition to the analysis by approximate analytical method, the specific trigger oscillation circuit was also analyzed by graphic method and electronic computer. The obtained results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Finally, the possibility of tunneling diode-triggered oscillatory circuits in electronic computers is discussed.
