恶性肿瘤的高转移性是危及患者生存及影响治疗效果的最主要因素。原发灶癌细胞的脱离及迁移在肿瘤中发挥重大作用,肿瘤细胞转移需要分泌一些生物大分子(如金属蛋白酶、半胱氨酸蛋白酶等)到胞外协助降解基质。这些分子发挥作用依赖于低pH的微环境。研究发现(VacuolarATPase简称V-ATPase)在肿瘤组织的酸化过程中起重要作用。本文对V-ATPase的结构及其在肿瘤细胞中的作用作一综述。
High metastatic malignancy is endangering the survival of patients and affect the treatment of the most important factor. The detachment and migration of primary cancerous cells play a significant role in the tumor. The metastasis of tumor cells needs to secrete some biological macromolecules (such as metalloproteinases, cysteine proteases, etc.) to help extracellularly degrade the matrix. These molecules play a role dependent on the low pH microenvironment. Study found that (VacuolarATPase referred to as V-ATPase) plays an important role in tumor tissue acidification. This article reviews the structure of V-ATPase and its role in tumor cells.
