目的：探讨留置气囊导尿管期间的护理方法及效果。方法将60例留置气囊导尿管的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用循证护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的尿漏发生率、感染率、尿管脱出率、尿潴留发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的舒适度和护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论要重视留置气囊导尿管期间的护理，以期有效减少并发症的发生，提高患者的舒适度和满意度。“,”Objective to explore the nursing method and effect during the period of indwel ing catheter. Methods 60 patients with indwel ing catheter patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was received routine nursing care, the observation group was given evidence-based nursing based on the control group, two groups were compared with nursing effect. Results the incidence of urine leakage, infection rate, urinary catheter, urinary retention rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction and comfort degree in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion it should be pay attention to the nursing period of indwel ing catheter in order to reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient comfort and satisfaction effectively.
