郭广昌/上海复星高科技集团董事长25岁时,他和几个初出茅庐的复旦同学拿出仅有的积蓄,注册了一个净资产3.8万元的公司——广信科技咨询公司。起初他整天骑着自行车在上海城找项目,但广信科技成立仅10个月,就赚到了第一个100万元。1993年,广信更名复星,1998年,资本市场向郭广昌敞开了大门,改制后的复星实业上市,一次即募集资金3.5亿元。自那时起,复星就不断地以参股或控股方式投资于企业这个“产品”,以整合者面目出现的复星,加速实施其扩张战略。“企业的发展像一条河——一条不断流淌的河,我们每一个人正像河中的一滴水,无论是在上游、中游还是下游,都能找到自己汇入的位置。”这是郭广昌经常说的一句话。
